3. Can I choose the diamond shape?

Absolutely. We can create pendants with a wide range of diamond shapes, including round, oval, pear, emerald, princess, cushion, marquise, radiant and heart-shaped diamonds.

4. What metals are available?

Our diamond pendants can be crafted in sterling silver, 9k gold, 18k gold or platinum. Yellow gold, white gold and rose gold options are available for most designs.

5. Can I personalise a pendant with gemstones?

Yes. In addition to diamonds, we can incorporate sapphires, emeralds, rubies and many other coloured gemstones to create a truly personal piece of jewellery.

6. How long does it take to make a bespoke pendant?

Most bespoke diamond pendants are completed within 3–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials selected.

7. Do your diamond pendants come with a chain?

Some of our pendants include a matching chain, while others allow you to choose your preferred chain style and length. Individual product pages will confirm what is included.Please check carefully before ordering online.

8. Are your diamonds certified?

Yes all supplied diamonds above 0.4ct are certified diamonds from recognised grading laboratories such as GIA, IGI or HRD. Certification details are provided on the relevant product pages or during the bespoke design process.

9. Can you remake a pendant from an old piece of jewellery?

Yes. We can remodel inherited or sentimental jewellery into a beautiful new pendant while preserving its emotional value whenever possible.

10. Do you offer advice before I order?
